FAQs
What are your rates?
I charge $140 for individual or couples therapy sessions (50 minutes).
Before we get started, I offer a free 15-minute phone call so we can see if we’re a good fit and make sure I can provide what you need.
I’m not currently in-network with any insurance panels. Being out-of-network gives me the freedom to focus on quality care without jumping through insurance hoops, which often come with limits on session length, frequency, or the types of therapy I can provide.
That said, many people don’t realize they have out-of-network mental health benefits. I’m happy to provide you with a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement.
I accept all major credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards.
Where are you located?
I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, so you can choose what feels right for you.
If you prefer to come in person, my office is located at:
1535 W Northfield Blvd, Suite 9, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.
It’s a calm, comfortable space where you can take a deep breath and settle in.
If you're more comfortable at home or need the flexibility, telehealth is always an option. Therapy can happen from your couch or wherever you can find a little quiet.
What can I expect?
Every session is different and will cater to the needs you have at that time. Most people start with weekly 50-minute sessions so we can build consistency and get some momentum going. As things shift, we can talk about spacing sessions out, or adjusting to fit what you need. For folks doing trauma work or going through something especially heavy, longer or more frequent sessions may be helpful.
You don’t have to have it all figured out, but therapy does work best when you’re engaged in the process — both in and out of session. I may suggest things like journaling, reading, or paying attention to certain patterns between sessions. These small things outside the room often lead to big shifts over time.
Therapy can be short-term and goal-driven, or longer-term if you're unpacking deeper patterns or working toward lasting growth. Either way, this process works best when you're committed, open, and willing to get curious even when it’s uncomfortable.
