    You don’t need a diagnosis or a rock-bottom moment to come to therapy. If something in you is saying, “This isn’t working anymore,” that’s more than enough.

  • I aim to create a space where you don’t have to perform or have it all figured out. We'll slow things down, tune in to what your body and emotions are telling you, and make room for new possibilities.

    Some of the tools I use:

    • Somatic work – bringing the body into the healing process

    • EMDR – for processing painful experiences or stuck beliefs

    • Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) – to deepen emotional awareness and connection

    • Attachment-focused therapy – to understand where your patterns started

    • Narrative therapy – to help you make sense of your story

    • CBT – for building helpful habits and thought patterns

    No one-size-fits-all here — our work will be shaped by who you are and what you need.
